How to Express an Interest Expressions of interest, where applicable, should be submitted directly to the named Contracts person in the advertisement who is responsible for that package of work. You must ensure that you provide specific information as requested in the advertisement. To express interest in European Journal (OJEU) advertisements please refer to the Official Journal of the European Union. The Authority’s Requirements The Authority may require a certain level of information from you. What information is required is defined in the advertisement. Generally Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ's) under the EU threshold are not used but where required the submission is for information about competencies, qualifications and relevant experience for the particular project advertised. Guidance The Authority may require suppliers to demonstrate competence through details of capability and capacity. Capability and capacity are covered by two distinct areas: • Core, in-house competencies of the supplier and its staff; • Management experience of similar requirements including management of the supply chain. |
